摘要
采用分光光度法对贵州产3种毛茛属植物石龙芮(R.sceleratus),毛茛(R.japoni-cus),禺毛茛(R.cantoniensis)的全草及不同部位中的总黄酮含量进行了测定。样品经75%乙醇提取3次,芦丁为对照品,在λ=500nm处测定,方法的平均回收率为101.4%,重现性RSD=2.26%。该法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于毛茛属植物中总黄酮的含量测定。
Total Flavonoids content in different parts and in the whole herb of three Ranunculus plants ( R. sceleratus, R. japonicus and R. cantoniensis )was determined by Spectrophotometry. These samples were extracted 3 times with 75% ethanol,quereetin was used as standard and measured at 510nm wavelength, The average recovery was 101.4% and reproducibility was 2.26%. The methode is simple, quick, accurate and sensitive.
