摘要 现已明确,慢性炎症在冠心病的发生、发展中起着重要作用。作为这种炎症的敏感性指标——高敏性C反应蛋白,它与冠心病的关系已被广泛展开研究,且越来越显示出:高敏性C反应蛋白是心血管的一个危险标志物,其水平的高低对冠心病的发生或预后有一定的预测价值,降低它可能对该病有潜在的防治作用。 Inflammation is believed to play a major role in the initiation and progression of coronary heart disease. As a good sign of this inflammation,hs-CRP has been studied in a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Recently,many investigations have identified hs-CRP as a risk marker for coronary heart disease. The values of hs-CRP can predict future first or recurrent coronary events. Perhaps therapy to reduce hs-CRP has potential preventive value for coronary heart disease.
