聚合物接枝碳酸钙的电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 对超细碳酸钙和聚丁二烯接枝处理后的碳酸钙粉末进行了TEM观察。同时用SEM研究了填充超细碳酸钙和接枝处理碳酸钙的丁苯橡胶样品的断口形貌。结果表明,在接枝处理CaCo_3的表面存在一层复盖物,填充接枝处理CaCo_3的丁苯橡胶样品的断口表现出橡胶基体形变后断裂的断口特征。这说明橡胶基体与碳酸钙之间有良好的浸润性和粘结性,从而明显改善了碳酸钙对橡胶基体的补强性能。 The virgin and polybutadiene-grafted Superfine Ca Co_3, powders were obserred by TEM. The fracture morphology of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), filled with these two kinds of fillers, were studied by SEM. The results showed that the surface of the treated Ca Co3 was coated with a layer of polybutadiene and there existed a intersting feature in the fractural surface of the grafted-Ca Co3 filled SBR. At the same time a good infiltrationess and adhesi- veness between SBR and the treated fillre was displayed. This resulted in the strengthening effect of the filler to SBR improved obviously.
