摘要
商业秘密对于企业的重要性不言而喻,很多国家都制定了专门的法律法规对其进行保护。面对我国当前在商业秘密保护方面所面临的严峻形势,除了应借鉴国外大企业关于商业秘密保护的一些实际有效的措施之外,还应通过法律途径加强对商业秘密的保护和救济。
Trade secrets are very vital for corporations. Almost every state adopts legal measures to protect them. But in China such protection counters a very thorny situation. This essay has a deep insight into what constitutes a wade secret, and attempts to analyze why our wade secrets are infringed badly. The essay focuses on the precautions that can be taken by corporations before infringement and the legal relieving means that corporations can tum to after infringement. Meanwhile some practical tactics often used by many American corporations are introduced here, which are deserved our carefully using for inference.
