摘要
介绍了超重力法吹脱氨氮废水的原理、工艺流程及技术特点,与传统吹脱法相比,具有气相动力消耗小;设备运行稳定;氨氮去除率高;超重机体积小,过程放大容易;气液比小,利于氨回收;设备操作弹性大;能增加水中溶解氧等特点。工程化应用证明,将超重力技术用于氨氮废水吹脱中,当气液比为1200,pH值10.5~11.0,温度35℃~40℃,超重力因子100时,可以获得85%以上的单级吹脱率,效果显著,具有广泛的工业化应用前景。
The economical and effective ways of controlling the pollution of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is an important task for environmental protection. The high gravity technology was used to strip ammonia-nitrogen wastewater. The emoval efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen could be over 85% and the gas-liquid ratio was 1 200. The result of technical-economic analysis showed that this technology was reliable technically and economically and has a good prospect in industrial application.
