SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2/SBA-15催化丙烯和乙酸合成乙酸异丙酯的研究 被引量:2

Synthesis of isopropyl acetate from propylene and acetic acid over SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2/SBA-15 catalyst

摘要 水热合成了介孔材料SBA-15,并以其为载体负载固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2,得到催化剂SO42-/ZrO2/SBA-15,通过XRD对其进行表征。在固定床反应器中,以丙烯和乙酸为原料,研究该催化剂催化合成乙酸异丙酯的活性。对反应条件进行系统地考察,得出最佳反应条件:反应温度140℃,反应压力1.2 MPa,空速1 h-1,n(C3H6)∶n(CH3COOH)=3∶1。在此条件下乙酸异丙酯的产率最高可达79.6%。 Solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2 was supported on surface of SBA-15 prepared by hydrothermal method. The SO4^2-/ZrO2/SBA-15 catalyst was characterized by XRD technique. Catalytic activity of SO4^2-/ZrO2/SBA-15 for synthesis of isopropyl acetate from propylene and acetic acid was studied in a fixed-bed reaction system, including the reaction condition. Optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows: reaction temperature 140℃, reaction pressure 1.2 MPa, space velocity (LHSV) 1 h^-1, n(C3H6):n(CH3COOH) = 3: 1. Isopropyl acetate yield of up to 79.6% was obtained under the optimum condition.
