碳水化合物替代石油生物合成新动向

Recent Trends of Biosynthesis to Replacement of Petroleum by Carbohydrate

摘要 石油烃类原料是不可再生资源,因而用来源广阔的碳水化合物原料代替石油原料,生产合成化学品、可降解材料、生物能源等,成为国内外生物产业界研发的热门课题。最近由于技术的进展,生物合成的基础原料和技术路线出现了一些新的动向,如合成生物降解材料、1,3-丙二醇、乙二醇、生物燃料等。 Petroleum olefins based raw materials are non-renewable resources, thus it becomes a hot topic of general interest by using abundant carbohydrate resource to replace petroleum for biology industry at home and abroad to produce synthetic chemicals, degradable materials and bioenergy. Along with the technology development, some trends in biosynthesis of basic raw materials and technique routes have emerged, such as synthesis of biodegradable materials, 1,3-propadiol, glycol and biofuel etc.
