神经干细胞的研究现状及展望

The Present Situation and Prospects of Research on the Neural Stem Cells

摘要 神经干细胞是一类具有自我复制、自我更新能力,高度增殖和多种分化潜能的神经前体细胞。为了进一步了解神经干细胞的特性,探求神经系统疾病治疗的新途径,文章参阅国内外相关文献,重点介绍了神经干细胞的分布、纯化培养的方法、增殖和分化的影响因素、应用及目前存在的问题等。 The neural stem cells are the neural precursor cells,which have the ability of self-replication, renovation,height proliferation and differentiation. In order to understand the characteristics of neural stem cells and provide original channel for the treatment of nervous system diseadses, this paper introduced their distribution,4 methods of purification and culture, influential factors of proliferation and differentiation, application and existed problems at present by reviewing corresponding literature in the world.
