摘要
用甲醇和回收的稀甲醛合成高纯度的甲缩醛,收率达100%。再用70%甲醛液精制合成100%甲醛,收率达98%,用于生产三聚甲醛,选择性为99.6%.用缩醛法生产聚甲醛,单程收率高、产品质量好、工艺简单、消耗低,可大大地降低生产成本。介绍了甲缩醛法生产聚甲醛的新工艺及产品的性质、市场应用;指明了其开发前景。
igh purity methylal was prepared from methanol and thin recovered formaldehyde with a yield of 100%.Then 100% farmaldehyde was prepared from 70% formaldehyde solution with a yield of 98%.Single-pass yield of polyoxymethylene by the methylal method was high,the quality excel lent,the process facile,and the consumption and the cost low.A new path on synthesis of polyoxymethylene,the propeties,the application and the development prospect were described.
