摘要
发展绿色施工是改变建筑业传统粗放、浪费、污染型的生产工艺,走可持续发展的绿色道路的有效途径。它的推广需要工程建设各方,政府,社会的共同参与,政府在发展绿色施工方面起着关键的作用。从七个方面论述了在推行绿色施工中政府应采取的一些政策措施,以引导、鼓励、规范绿色施工的发展。
The development of green construction is an effective way which can transform Extensive, waste and pollution production craft and steps onto the sustainable development way. Carrying out green construction demands the participation of all engineering construction quarters, the government and society. The government is playing the key role. The paper discusses the government＇s measures to guide and encourage the development of green construction.
