摘要
论述了激光测距的原理,提出了一种使用正弦调幅激光相位测距方法,具有快速和高精度的特点,适用于实时高精度测距.由于不必取连续的频率分布,故简化了器件设计,提高了测量速度.
The paper discusses the principle of distance measure technique by means of laser, and gives a distance measure method using sine amplitude modulation. Measurement speed is fast and precision is high. The method can be used for real-time and high precision. Because the method does not need continuous frequency distribution, the component design is simple.
