摘要
原子团簇因为其奇异的物理和化学性质,成为国际上最热门的研究对象之一,而理论计算半导体团簇的基态结构是团簇研究的热点.在此简要介绍团簇的概念、研究团簇的意义以及GaAs团簇的研究进展,进一步指出GaAs团簇研究的方向.
The study of clusters has become one of the most pop objects because of its especial physical and chemical properties. Furthermore, the calculation about the ground state structures of semiconductor clusters is more important. In this letter, we introduce the conception of cluster, the significance of the study about cluster and recent report about GaAs cluster. We also point out the orientation of latter study about GaAs clasers.
