摘要
运用三级红外宏观指纹图谱法对3种不同香型的白酒进行了鉴定。在一维红外谱图上,五粮液、茅台酒和汾酒主要区别是特征峰1722cm-1和1594cm-1在峰强和峰位上的不同;在二阶导数谱上,则表现出3种酒酸酯种类和数量的不同;在二维相关谱图上,3种白酒形成的峰簇的位置和数量不同。结果表明,对于不同香型酒的分析,三级红外宏观指纹图谱法是一种有效和快速的检测方法。
Abstract: The three-step IR macro-fingerprint method is employed for the identification of three kinds of different fragrant liquors. In the 1D-IR spectra, the primary difference of Wuliangye Liquor, Moutai Liquor and Fen Liquor is the position and the intensity of characteristic peaks at 1722 cm^-1, 1594 cm^-1. In the second derivative spectra, three kinds of liquors showed a variety of esters and acids is very different. In the 2D-IR correlation spectra, three kinds of liquors have the difference of the position and the intensity of the correlation peak cluster. Therefore, the three-step IR macro-fingerprint provides a more rapid and effective method for the identification of the different fragrant liquor.
