摘要
针对工业实时数据库在某石化企业中的应用,提出了一套实时数据库与DCS、工艺控制软件及Web界面之间的接口方案.该方案是在Windows 2000 Server操作系统上,应用WIN 32中的多线程、匿名管道、WinSock等技术实现的.长时间的现场运行证明,根据该方案开发的系统在工业环境下运行是可靠的,达到了系统设计目标.
For the application of real-time database in a petrochemical plant, the article put forwards to a new concept to resolve the communication among real-time database and DCS, control software, and Web-based user interface. The scheme is developed based on Windows 2000 Server using the technique of multe-threading, anolymous pipe and WinSock, etc. The results of long industrial running of this scheme show that it is more effective and feasible for industrial process.
