摘要
目的 了解上海市外来务工子女家长艾滋病相关知识和态度的现状，为进一步健康干预提供依据。方法 整群抽取上海市12所外来务工子女初中学生家长为调查对象，并进行问卷调查。结果 学生家长平均年龄为（39．07±4．53）岁；83．2％为初中及以下文化水平。艾滋病／性病／生殖健康知识较缺乏，家长对艾滋病知识的正确回答率在28．1％-74．8％，知识总得分为（15．02±4．58）分（总分27）；相关知识得分和对艾滋病患者或感染者态度得分与该人群受教育程度、在沪居住时间和现居住地健康宣传教育程度有关（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。绝大部分家长对婚前／婚外性行为持反对态度。结论 上海外来务工子女家长艾滋病相关知识较缺乏，同时其社会经济情况决定了该人群对艾滋病的易感性和其子女的成长环境，应加强对该类人群的教育和管理。
Objective To acquaint knowledge and attitude on AIDS/HIV among migrant workers with schooling children in Shanghai, and to provide evidence for further health intervention. Methods Cluster sampling was conducted in 12 middle schools among students＇ parents from migrant workers. Self-administered questionnaires were used for survey. Results The mean age of the parents was （39.07 ± 4.53） years, and most of them had a lower level of education attainment, with 83.2% having not completed senior high school education. They had a defective AIDS-related knowledge, and the mean score was 15.02 ± 4.58 （ full mark, 27 ）. The correct ratio of AIDS knowledge from the parents was 28.1% - 74.8%. The score of AIDS-related knowledge and score of attitude towards patients with AIDS/HIV were related with education attainment, time of stay in Shanghai and availability of AIDS-related education （P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. The majority of the parents held negative attitude towards premarital and extramarital sexual behaviors. Conclusion The parents from migrant workers have a defective AIDS-related knowledge, and their susceptibility to AIDS and their children＇s growth environment are determined by the socioeconomic conditions. It is important to improve migrant workers＇ knowledge towards AIDS for the sake of their children as well as themselves.
