摘要
由沟槽纤维织制的织物由于纤维表面的微细沟槽和特殊截面而具有良好的吸湿快干性,但是其纤维表面的沟槽在强碱或高温条件下很容易被破坏,所以要求退浆工艺条件比较温和.论文中分析了生物酶对沟槽纤维织物退浆的特有优势及影响酶活力的因素,并且用生物酶对吸湿快干牛仔织物进行了L9(34)正交退浆试验,得出了优化的工艺参数.
Fabric woven with fibers of cannelures has good quick-drying and moisture absorbent ability because of the very small cannelures on fiber surface and its special section. But it is very easy to be damaged under conditions of alkali and high temperature so the conditions of desizing should be gentle. This paper analyzes the unique advantages of enzymatic desizing on fabric woven with fibers of cannelures and the factors affecting the vigor of enzyme. It gets the optimum technical parameters from the experiment of using enzymatic desizing L9(3^4) orthogonal on moisture-absorbent and quick-drying jean.
