摘要
目的:探讨整体化护理对吸入性损伤合并特重烧伤病人恢复的影响。方法:回顾性分析我科对1996以来收治的65例吸入性损伤合并特重烧伤病人进行心理护理、专科护理及基础护理、创面护理等经验,并提出可行的护理措施。结果:65例病人中有64例痊愈出院,1例因经济原因自动出院,除1例自动出院外无死亡,未发生严重并发症。结论:充分的心理护理、细致的专科护理、规范的基础护理等整体化护理是降低吸入性损伤合并特重烧伤病死率的重要措施。
Objective：Discuss the integration nursing combining to highly value recovery empyrosis patient effect specially to sucking nature loss in. Methods： Recollect nature analysing 65 examples that my section receives and cures since to 1996 sucking nature loss in combining to highly value empyrosis patient experience such as the nursing carrying out mentality , the surface of a wound nursing specially, and bring forward feasible nursing measure. Results：65 examples have 64 examples to be recovered leaving hospital in the patient , 1 example leaves hospital because of economy cause automation , there are no death , grave complication happened. Conclusion：Integration nursings such as sufficient mentality nursing , meticulous professional training nursing , standard basis nursing is to reduce the important measure sucking nature loss in combining to highly value the empyrosis case fatality rate specially.
