摘要
本文运用过碘酸——六亚甲四胺银的电镜细胞化学技术,分别显示出团头鲂(Megalobrama ambly cephala)脑下垂体促性腺激素(GTH)细胞分泌颗粒中的糖蛋白和莼菜(Brasemia schreberi)表皮腺毛细胞高尔基体内含物中的多糖,为这两种材料的细胞生物学研究提供了一些有意义的资料。
The silver methenamine technique has been used for detecting the glycoprotein in the gra-nules in the gonadotropic hormore (GTH)cell of Megalobrama amblycephala and the polysaccha-ride in the Golgi apparatus in glandular hair cells of Brasemia Schreberi. It provides some useful information for the cytochemical research of these two kinds of cells.
