摘要
从技术、经济、环境及电力可持续发展等多方面论证了在我国建设以1000kV特高压电压等级为主网架的大容量、远距离输变电工程,对实现我国电网发展规划“西电东送,南北互供,全国联网”的总体目标,改善电网结构,增强电网技术含量,节约输电通道资源,提高电网安全运行水平和经济效益的重要意义。同时提出了在理论研究及工程实践中应该考虑的主要问题及可行的解决方案,论证了在我国发展特高压输电工程的必要性和可行性。
The significance of developing UHV national interconnected power system with 1000kV, long- distance and bulk power in China is demonstrated from the sides of economics, technology and growing position of electric power in the p.aper. These are very important to carry out the goal of "Power transmission from West China to East China, interchange from North China to South China, Nation-wide interconnection", to improve the structure of power grids, to elevate the security and stability of level of power grid operation. The paper also proposes the feasible solution of some important problems in the studies and application of UHV transmission project. The necessity and feasibility of developing UHV power transmission are emphasized. These are helpful for decision-makers, researchers and technologists of UHV power transmission project.
