摘要
建设高质量的高校教师队伍,是提高教育质量的根本保证。面对高等教育改革与发展的日新月异的新形势,高校师资培训必须创新管理模式,从培训方向、培训模式、教学手段等方面实现转换,努力提高培训质量,提升高校教师的综合素质。
The establishment of higher quality teaching staff in higher institution is the key guarantee for improving the education quality. Facing the new situation of higher education reform which is changing constantly, it is neces, sary to initiate management mode, change the training direction, training mode and teaching means so as to enhance the training quality and improve the quality of teacher in higher institutions.
