ZrO_2 —Y_2O_3陶瓷显微组织结构的电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用扫描电镜和透射电镜对不同烧结工艺和不同热处理制度的ZrO_2-2mol%Y_2O_3及ZrO_2-6mol%Y_2O_3陶瓷的显微组织、晶体结构进行了观察和分析。结果表明:ZrO_2-2mol%Y_2O_3试样出1300,1350,1400,1450℃烧结后,其组织为单一的四方相,而经1500,1600℃烧结后为四方和单斜混合相。此时,单斜相内几乎全是孪晶,而四方相内则存在着位错。ZrO_2-6mol%Y_2O_3试样经1600℃烧结后,再于1300,1400,1500℃时效,其组织为立方相基体上分布着沿特定方向共格析出的透镜片状四方相粒子。 The microsutructure of ZrO_2-2 mo1% Y_2O_3 and ZrO_2-6 mo1% Y_2O_3 ceramics sintered and heat treated by different procedures were examined by means of scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure of ZrO_2-2 mol% Y_2O_3 speci-mens sintered at 1300, 1350, 1400 and 1450℃ consists of single tetragonal phase, but at 1500 and 1600℃ a mixture of tetragonal and monoclinic phase is formed. The monoclinic phase has nearly 100% twinned substructure, while the tetragonal phase has many dislocations within it. The microstructure of ZrO_2-6 mol% Y_2O_3 specimens sintered at 1600℃ and aged at 1300, 1400 and 1500℃ shows lenticular panicles of tetragonal phase precipitated coherently along specific orientations over the cubic phase matrix.
