摘要
本文报告用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ印迹技术对，ｒ－ｈＴＮＦαＤ进行定性分析。实验结果表明，该技术具有特异和灵敏的特点，尤其在ｒ－ｈＴＮＦαＤ纯度测定中起十分重要的作用。
This paper reports that the qualitative analyses of r-hTNFαD by Western Blotting technology. The method is specific and sensitive, especially it plays an important role in the determination of product purity.
