摘要
企业社会责任产生和发展是经济和社会权利冲突的结果,世界和谐要求跨国企业在追求经济利益的同时关注社会责任,这方面既有公司内部的自律性的生产守则,又有外部的来自国际组织的规制、国际非政府组织和行业协会等机构参与的全球治理,表现为碎片化的特点。这些国际合作较多地集中在标准的制定上,在共同的基本核心标准之上形成网络化的特点和趋势,而在程序性的监督和执行问题上都显得脆弱,呈现出软法性。
The social responsibilities of business result from economic and social conflicts. International business should take social responsibilities in the persuit of economic interests. Those responsibilities consist of intra business production rules and international laws. However, the international co - operation has been formed only in the set - up of standards rather than in the execution and supervision.
