番茄中噻虫嗪残留量的高效液相色谱法测定 被引量:16

Determination of Thiamethoxam Insecticide in Tomatoes by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Photodiode Array Detection

摘要 建立了测定番茄中噻虫嗪残留量的反相高效液相色谱方法。样品经甲醇提取,二氯甲烷萃取净化,残留中的噻虫嗪用二极管阵列(PDA)检测器在250nm处测定。在0.05~1.0mg/kg添加水平,回收率为83.4%~92.1%,相对标准偏差为2.06%~2.94%,其检出限为0.05mg/kg。 A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique was developed for determining residue of thiamethoxam insecticide in tomatoes. The sample was extracted by methyl alcohol, partitioned by dichloromethane. The residues were determined by photodiode array detection (PDA) at 250 nm. The results indicated that the recoveries were 83.4% to 92.1% at the fortification levels of 0.05 to 1.0 mg/kg. The coefficients of variation ranged from 2,06 % to 2.94%, the detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg.
