摘要
本文通过大量的实验,综合运用图像处理和模式识别技术,深入、系统的研究了自动识别的理论和技术。针对目前研究现状,本文提出一种基于数字图像处理技术的高炉泡沫渣图像边界检测方法。该方法由X射线穿透高炉到影像增强器,CCD摄像头将采集到的溶渣泡沫影像经图像采集卡转换成数字图像,由计算机经图像处理后得到溶渣泡沫的轮廓线,并由轮廓线背景的刻度线直接看出溶渣泡沫各处的实际高度。实验结果表明,该检测方法在原理上是可行的,对于在现场实现溶渣泡沫高度的在线检测具有指导意义。
Based on a lot of experiments, using technology of image processing and pattern recognition, the Interface extraction theory and methods of automatic foamed dreg were investigated. A digital image processing technique was described based on measuring method of foamed dreg height. The video signal of foamed dreg obtained by a CCD camera was converted into digital image signal by an image acquisition card. Then the contour line of foamed dreg was obtained by image processing of computer and the actual height of foamed dreg was observed by the graduation line of contour line background. The experiment proves that the method is feasible on principle and has directive meaning for realization of on-line measurement of foam height on site.
