摘要
应用Pb(NO3)2对土壤动物进行了污染模拟实验,共获得土壤动物1289个,隶属3门7纲.结果显示,Pb污染浓度直接影响土壤动物群落结构的变化.在获得的1289个土壤动物中,优势类群为弹尾目、前气门亚目和甲螨亚目,3个优势类群占土壤动物全捕量的78.2%,对动物群落结构起决定作用.随着Pb污染浓度的增加,土壤动物的类群数、个体数和多样性指数都呈现出明显的下降趋势.从实验结果看,蜱螨目和弹尾目是反映土壤Pb污染程度的敏感指示类群.
Pb ( NO3 ) 2 polluted experiment on the soil was carried out. 1 289 soil animals were collected which subordinated to 3 Phylums, 7 Classes. The study was conducted in order to evaluate the effects of plumbum (Pb) on soil animals. The results showed that there existed a close relationship between the concentration of Pb and the community structure of soil animal. Among the 1 289 individuals collected in the experiment, the dominant genera are Collembola, Prostigmata and Oribatida, which amounted to 78.2% of the total. With the increasing of concentration Pb, the species and quantities of soil animal decreased as well as the diversity index. Collembola and Acarina were showed to be the most sensitive to soil Pb pollution.
