摘要
针对影响重介质选煤厂介耗的主要因素,并根据安家岭选煤厂的具体生产情况,提出严把介质质量关,减少粗煤泥在系统中的循环积聚,提高磁选机的磁选效率,控制弧形筛的来料分布,增加平面脱介筛喷水量,加强选煤厂生产经营管理等降低介耗的措施。
Aiming at the influential factors of medium consumption and problems confronted in product operation at Anjialing Coal Preparation Plant,proposed were measures as: strict control of medium quality,decrease of building-up of coarse slime in medium system,increase of efficiency of magnetic separator,control of feed distribution at sieve-band,increase of rinsing water at plain de-medium screen,and enforced management of plant operation.
