摘要
本文记述四川青城山优食蚜蝇属Eupeodes 2新种:青优食蚜蝇Eupeodes (Eupeodes) qingchengshanensis和小优食蚜蝇Eupeodes(Eupeodes)parvus,均属于Eupeodes s.str.,亚属。模式标本保存于上海农学院昆虫标本室。
This paper deals with the descriptions of two new species of Eupeodes collected from Qingchengshan of Sichuan Province. The subdivision of the genus Eupeodes and the nomenclature of the male genitalia arc based on Vockeroth (1969) system, all described species in this paper belong to the subgenus Eupeodes s. str.. Type specimens are deposited in the insect collection of Shanghai Agricultural College.
1. Eupeodes (Eupeodes) qingchenshanensis He, sp. nov.
Malt: Eye bare. Vertical triangle longer than suture of eyes (Fig. 4). Angle of frons at approximation of eyes usually 90 degrees. Face (Fig. 1 ) near 1/2 of head width. Median stripe extending about 1/2 of distance between facial tubercle and bases of antennae. Postocular orbits near vertical triangle medium width (Fig. 3). For profile of head, sec fig. 2.
Length: body 11.5 mm, wing 10.5 mm.
Female: unknown.
This new species is rather similar to Metasyrphus flavofasiatus Ho, but differs from latter by the following characters: All yellow abdominal markings (spots and bands) extend over the lateral margin of tergite with their upper corners; long hairs on the front femur in apical 2/3 all or almost wholly black; genitalia (Figs. 8-11) is different.
Holotype, Sichuan: Qingcheng Shan, 14-VI-1983, collected by He Jilong, Paratypes 5 , locality same as holotype, collected by He Jilong.
2. Eupeodes (Eupeodes) parvus He, sp. nov.
Male: Eye bare. Vertical triangle somewhat longer than suture of eyes. Face occupying about 2/5 of head width, Median stripe extending about half way between facial tubercle and base of antennae. Postocular orbits near vertical triangle rather broad. Long hairs on front femur pale, but some black hairs intermingled in apical 2/3.
Length: body 8mm, wing 7mm.
Female: unknown.
Similar to E. (E.) qingchengshanensis He, sp. nov. and M. sinuatus Ho, but distinguished by the smaller in size, by the somewhat broader postocular orbits and the angle of frons at approximation of eyes 80 degrees.
