大鼠胰岛甲硫氨酸脑啡肽免疫细胞化学的阳性显示 被引量:1

THE POSITIVE IMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL REACTION OF MET-ENKEPHALIN IN LANGERHAN ISLET OF RAT

摘要 本实验用免疫细胞化学PAP法和尚度敏感的免疫金银法,对大鼠胰腺石蜡切片,用相邻切片比较法,进行免疫细胞化学反应,发现在大鼠胰岛A细胞内,呈现出甲硫氨酸脑啡肽的阳性免疫反应。根据文献报道,胰岛内分泌细胞十还有几种其它的调节肽类的物质存在,可以推测,胰岛内分泌功能受较复杂的神经体液(包括旁分泌和自分泌)调节机制的影响。文中对甲硫氨酸脑啡肽与其它神经肽类物质在胰岛A细胞中共存的意义也进行了讨论。 Neighboring paraffin sections of pancreas of rat were performed with im-munocytochemistry (PAP method and protein A gold-silver method), ft was found that positive inimunocylochemical reaction of Met-enkephalin and giucagon appeared in the, same cells (i.e. A cell) of endocrine pancreas after a series of test for specificity of the reaction. According to some works reported previously, some other regulative, neuropeplides exist in endocrine pancreas too, it could be concluded that the function of islet may be affected by a complicated neuro-humoral regulative system (including paracrine and autocrine regulation). The meaning of the coexistancc of Met-enkcphalin with other neuropeptides in the glucagon cell of Langerhan islet were discussed.
