摘要
用世界卫生组织神经行为核心测试方法对72名电焊工人的神经行为功能进行了测试。结果表明,其作业点锰浓度为1.03mg/m3和16.53mg/m3,明显高于对照点。电焊工人神经行为功能已发生明显改变,简单反应时、手敏捷度、数字跨度和数字译码测试明显差于对照组;并且表现易紧张,疲劳、情绪不稳定和精神抑郁等。作者认为电焊烟尘,特别是其中的锰对作业工人的神经行为功能的影响是肯定的。世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试方法是检测神经系统亚临床损害的理想方法。
WHO neurobehavioral core test battery was applied to 72 welders. The result showed that scores in Santa Ana manual dexterity, digit span and digit symbol tests were significantly lower than those in the control. Simple reaction time was prolonged significantly compared with the control. The welders felt much tension-anxiety, fatigue, confusion-bewilderment and depression-dejection compared with controls. It is suggested that welding fume containing manganese can affect neurobehavioral function of the welders. WHO neurobehavioral core test battery is valid for early detection of affected welders at the subclinical stage.
