摘要
介绍了一种新的波纹管成型方法──无模液压成型方法及成型装置．通过实验研究和塑性理论分析发现，应用该方法可经济、高效地加工出力学性能显著优于传统工艺所生产的波纹管．
A unique no-mold hydroforming process of corrugated pipe was intruduced. The experiment results and the analysis by the plastic theory showed that this forming process is more efficient and the formed pipe has better mechanical properties than that of traditionary process.
