摘要
目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组100例CRF患者用中药保留灌肠治疗,治疗效果与常规治疗(对照组)100例比效。结果:治疗组治疗后血BUN较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);Scr、TC、TG较治疗前下降更显著(P<0.01);血Alb较治疗前明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭,可改善肾功能。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of retention-enema with Chinese traditional herb in treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Method： One hundred patients with CRF in the treated group were treated with retention-enema of Chinese traditional herb. The therapeutic effect was compared with that of the controlled group treated with routine therapy. Result： In treated group, BUN and Scr,TC, TG were reduced after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ; P 〈 0. 01 ） compared to the pre-treatment data. Alb was increased after treatment compared to the pre-treatment data（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The patients with CRF treated with retention-enema of Chinese traditional herb can improve renal function.
