摘要
圆网干燥装置在生产过程中,排出大量的低温湿热空气,造成能源的大量浪费。现进行技术改造,增加热能回收设备,采用真空热管传热技术,与进入该装置新风进行热交换,提高进风空气的温度,回收其部分热能,提高了圆网干燥装置热能的利用率,降低了蒸汽耗用量。
The cylinder moulding drier caused a plenty of energy wastefulness by outgoing a great deal of low temperature and moist heat air during production. However, it has enhanced the utilization factor of cylinder moulding driers and reduced steam consumption through the technological transformation such as increasing heat recovery equipment; adopting vacuum heat-pipe heat transfer technology; finding way to exchange heat with fresh air which enters into the device, and improving temperature of the intake air and reclaim a part of its heat energy.
