摘要
为了能获得更好的小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体标本,本试验对小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体标本的制备方法进行了研究,试验分析了在染色体制备过程中应该注意的一些事项,并详细讨论了秋水仙碱、样品的低渗处理和固定等因素对染色体标本制备的影响,从而确保了试验的可操作性和重复性。
In order to obtain a better chromosome specimen of mice marrow cell, an experiment was conducted to study its preparation method. We analyzed some issues which should be taken into account in the process of preparing chromosome specimen. The effect of colchcine, low infiltration treatment and fixation of sample on the preparation of chromosome specimen were also discussed in detail here to ensure the maneuverability and repeatability of the experiment.
