摘要
研究了中草药复方制剂对雏鸭血液和肺抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,中药组雏鸭血液和肺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),而丙二醛(MDA)含量则于显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明雏鸭喟服中草药复方制剂后一定程度上增强了血液和肺抗氧化酶活性。
The effect of the activity of enzyme and the content of MDA in blood and lung of ducks with oral intake of Chinese herbal medicine preparation is studied. The results indicate that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT increase obviously （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）and the content of MDA reduces obviously （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）in the group of Chinese herbal medicine preparation. This explains the activity of antioxidant enzyme increases in blood and lung with oral intake of Chinese herbal medicine preparation to a certain extent.
