摘要
内生真菌2534号分离自南海红树Avicennia marina的种子,从其菌丝体分离到3个化合物(A-C),它们的结构通过分析波谱数据分别鉴定为N-二十六碳酰基-2-氨基-1,3-二羟基十八烷(A)、N-(2-羟基二十碳酰基)-2-氨基-1,3,4-三羟基十八烷(B)和N-二十一碳酰基-2-氨基-1-O-吡喃葡萄糖基-3,4-二羟基十八烷(C)。
Three sphingolipids A-C were isolated from the mycelium of endophytic fungus No. 2534, which was isolated from the seed of mangrove Avicennia marina from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data as N-hexacosy1-2-amino-1,3-dihydroxyoctadecane (A), N- (2-hydroxyeicosy1)-2-amino- 1,3,4-trihydroxyoctadecane (B) and N-heneicosanoy1- 2-amino- 1-O-13-D- glucopyranosy1-3,4-dihydroxyoctadecane (C), respectively.
