摘要
众所周知,化疗是治疗肺癌的重要手段之一,然而毒副作用也因药物剂量的增大而增加,从而限制了化疗的应用范围。为减轻化疗对病人的毒副作用,增加病人对化疗的耐受性,本科试用纯中药制剂参麦注射液辅助化疗治疗肺癌20例,现将应用结果报道如下。
To enhance chemotherapy effect and relieve suffering,we used Ginseng-ophiopogon Injection in chemother- apy of pulmonary carcinoma.39 patients were diveded into two groups randomly and they had similar chemother- apy program.The trial group(20 patients)were given the injection intravenously daily for 10 days as a course. The result demonstrated that in the trial group gastro-intestinal side effects had decreased and peripheral white blood cell count,the patients' physical condition of trial group improved markedly.However,the total effective rate in the trial group was 50%(10/20)and and that in the control group was 42%(8/19).
