摘要
由于中小企业在现实经济和社会发展中具有不可替代的战略地位,所以,我们要正视其现状,分析其问题,在市场定位、网络建设、销售渠道、物流配送、客户服务等方面进行全面的规划,制定可行的电子商务策略。
Medium-sised and small enterprises play an important strategic role in the development of economy and society. So we should face the reality, analyze the questions and make comprehensive plans and feasible strategies electronic commerce in market orientation, network construction, sales approaches, goods delivery, customers' service, etc.
