摘要
循环经济本质上是一种生态经济,是对传统线性经济的革命,是更高、更深层次的资源综合利用,是清洁生产的最终发展目标。循环经济为促进人与自然和谐、坚持协调发展、构建社会主义和谐社会提供了有效保障和途径。因此,发展循环经济是我国新世纪经济社会持续发展的必然选择,而要更好地发展循环经济,必须从舆论上着眼,从政策上着手,从结构上着陆,从技术上着力。
As a kind of ecological economy and revolution of traditional linear economy, recurrent economy is the more advanced and sophisticated application of comprehensive resource and the final goal of clean production. It provides measures and approaches to promote harmonious development between human and nature and to construct harmonious socialist society. So it is necessary choice to development recurrent economy in the course of developing economy, society from the perspective of public opinions, policies, economic structures and technologies at the beginning of the new century.
