摘要
对社会主义农村可持续发展的研究,可以新制度经济学理论为分析框架,以农民为市场主体,从制度创新的角度,认为实施市场化运作、进行人力资本积累是解决社会主义新农村建设问题的两条有效途径。
To study the sustainable development in rural areas, new institutional economics theory can be used as analytical framework taking farmers as market subjects from the perspective of institutional innovation. The article states that the implementation of market-oriented operations and human capital accumulation are two effective ways to solve the issue of building a new socialist countryside.
