摘要
当归不同炮制品对体外大鼠肝匀浆上清液中混合膜性结构成分产生的过氧化脂质有明显的抑制作用,与对照组相比,P<0.01;对小鼠肝匀浆上清液中过氧化脂质的生成有明显的抑制作用,且呈量效关系。
Different preparations of Radix Angelicae Sinensis was proved to have marked inhibiting effect on the lipid peroxide in the supernatant fluid of rat liver homogenate,with marked difference from the control group(P<0. 01).They also had marked inhibiting effect on the production of lipid peroxide in the supernatant fluid of liver homogenate of mice in the oxygen free radical generation system,with a dose-effect relationship.
