摘要
高校学生公寓社会化改革包含在高校后勤社会化改革之中,经过几年的探索,取得了一些成就,但同时也存在着一些问题。为解决这些问题,作为院级年度重点立项课题的部分研究文字,从探讨公寓建设模式,改变服务观念,健全管理体制,加大扶持力度,建立公寓管理协会几个方面进行了有益的探索,提出了相应的对策。
Social reform of students＇ apartments in higher institutes belongs to the social reform of higher institutes＇ logistic. Some achievements have been obtained through several years＇ efforts, however, there exists some disadvantages. Based on the present research, the article proposes the following strategies ： exploring the pattern of building apartments, changing the idea of service, perfecting management system, enhancing supporting system and establishing the apartments＇ management committee.
