文章根据近年来国内外对花青素的研究,就其作为食品添加剂方面的应用进行分析。
Anthocyanins are responsible for the red, purple and blue colors of many fruits and vegetables, they are water - solubility. This article is the analysis of application about anthocyanins as food additive.
