锅炉管式空气预热器振动产生机理分析与消除方法探讨

摘要 针对胜利发电厂670t/h锅炉空气预热器由回转式改为spiralslottube螺旋槽管+热管组合式后,出现的严重振动和噪声问题,通过试验和分析,找出了原因,确定了在空器预热器管箱间加装防振隔板消除振动和噪声的技术方案,实施后解决了空气预热器振动和噪声。 In order to effectively reduce the serious vibration and noise of the preh eater of the 670t/h boiler of Shengli power plant, which occurred after the prehealer being changed from type of rotation to type of spiral slot tube plus heat tube, we identified the reasotis through experiments and analysis, and confirmed the technical scheme to decnease vibration and noise by installing shockproof clapboard between tube boxes of the preheater. With the implementation of the shockproof clapboard, problems of vibration and noise were completely solved. The result is good enough to offer much practical experience to account for such problems.
