摘要
目的:评价注射用更昔洛韦与泛昔洛韦胶囊治疗带状疱疹的成本-效果。方法:84例符合带状疱疹典型临床症状的门诊患者随机分为A组与B组,分别给予注射用更昔洛韦与泛昔洛韦胶囊治疗,用药时间分别为5d与7d。结果:A组与B组痊愈率分别为86.0%、82.9%(P>0.05),总显效率分别为100.0%、95.1%(P>0.05),治疗成本/总显效率分别为1 126.5、314.83,治疗成本/痊愈率分别为1 309.88、361.16。结论:泛昔洛韦胶囊具有成本-效果优势。
OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the cost - effectiveness of ganciclovir for injection and famciclovir capsules for herpes zoster.METHODS： A total of 84 outpatients with typical clinical symptom of herpes zoster were randomly assigned to receive ganciclovir for injection（Group A） for 5 days or famciclovir capsules（Group B） for 7 days.RESULTS： The cost-effectiveness data of Group A vs .Group B were as follows：cure rate： 86.0% vs. 82.9% （P 〉 0.05） ; response rate： 100.0% and 95.1% （P 〉 0.05） ;the ratio of cost to response rate were 1 126.5 vs. 314.83 and the ratio of cost to curative rate were 1 309.88 vs. 361.16. CONCLUSION：Famciclovir capsules are superior in costeffectiveness.
