复发性肾上腺神经外胚层肿瘤并发下腔静脉癌栓的治疗 被引量：3

摘要 【目的】探讨肾上腺神经外胚层肿瘤复发后的处理。【方法】报告1例复发性肾上腺神经外胚层肿瘤并发下腔静脉癌栓的病例,结合文献复习讨论。患者因腹膜后肿瘤行右肾上腺及肿瘤手术切除,术后化疗,术后1年复发合并下腔静脉癌栓及双下肢浮肿,在本院行右肾切除及肿瘤清扫+下腔静脉部分切除,术后出现下肢静脉血栓,经溶栓、抗凝等治疗。【结果】手术后患者肾功能代偿正常,下肢静脉浮肿消退,择期行化疗或放疗。【结论】神经外胚层肿瘤为恶性程度高的肿瘤,易转移和复发,手术是治疗的根本办法,放疗和化疗效果不确切。
