摘要
为了描述球墨铸铁中石墨颗粒的分散均匀性,提出了基于多重分形的描述方法,该方法采用Matlab分形工具箱提取石墨颗粒分布密度的分形特征来定量描述石墨分布的不均匀性,其多重分形谱的宽度以及最大最小概率子集维数之间的差别反映了石墨分布的不均匀性。不同Ce含量的球铁石墨图像的分析结果表明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
In order to describe the distribution condition of graphite particles in spheroidal graphite cast iron, a description method based on multi-fractal was proposed. The distribution condition could be described by a multi-fractal distribution characteristic of graphite particles' space density distribution with the Matlab Fractal toolbox. The width of multi-fractal spectrum and the D-value between maximum and minimum subset dimension reflected the distribution condition of graphite particles. The analytical results of graphite particles images in spheroidal graphite cast iron specimens with different percent Cerium indicate that the multi-fractal analytical method is reliable and practical.
