摘要
医院中的非正式组织是一种客观存在,它对医院管理实践产生重要影响,而传统医院理论对此没有给予足够的重视。通过对医院组织中的非正式组织的产生成因、特征、对医院的影响等问题分别予以阐述,并通过正视非正式组织的存在、加强正式的沟通和必要的宣传、特别是通过强有力的医院文化引导等手段,对医院非正式组织进行科学管理,以此达到好的效果。
Hospital informal organization heavily affected hospital management and the traditional hospital management model took a blind eye on it. The article analyzed the causes, the characteristics and the effect of the hospital informal organizations. The relations of formal organization and informal organization were mentioned. Some suggestions like strengthening hospital culture to scientific management were discussed.
