摘要
学前教师教育是挑选具有较高天赋和潜质的学生、培养合格幼儿教师的专业教育,是专业性强、外部经济性强而个人收益率低的公益性教育,因而属于精英教育的范畴。高等教育大众化背景下的学前教师教育,必须坚持和发展精英教育取向,不能任其滑向大众化教育。
Preschool teacher education is not only a kind of specialty education, but also a kind of education for the public welfare. As a kind of specialty education, its aim is to select students of high talent and turn them to be competent preschool teachers. As a kind of education for the public welfare, it serves mainly for the community while to persons, teaching in preschool education institutes is not very financially rewarding. Preschool teacher education belongs to elite education. It should insist on elitism against a background of higher education＇ s popularization.
