锥形液膜Kevin-Helmholtz波不稳定性的实验研究 被引量:10

Experimental research of instability of kevin-helmholtz wave on conical sheets

摘要 采用PIV激光粒子测速仪获得了不同喷嘴液压差下锥形液膜子午截面的波动破碎图像.测得不同液压差下离心喷嘴锥形液膜的各项特性参数,如液膜半锥角、液膜破碎前长度等.研究了半锥角和液膜破碎前长度随液压差的变化规律.根据试验结果,总结出了计算C参数的经验公式,并利用此关系式求解色散方程,得到不同液压差下的液膜破碎点扰动波波长.预测值和实验结果进行了对比,对比发现:理论预测值的变化趋势同实验结果完全一致. The fragmenting images of meridian plane of conical liquid sheet under different nozzle pressure were obtained with Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) system. Also, the characteristic parameters of conical liquid sheet with centrifugal nozzle, such as half-cone angle and breakup length, were measured under different liquid pressures. The variations of nozzle liquid pressure on half-cone angle and breakup length have been analyzed. The empirical formula of parameter C was obtained from experimental results, whereby the dispersion relation was solved to obtain the wavelength at breakup point of sheet under different pressures. The predicted results were compared with experimental results, finding that the trend of predicted data fully corresponds to the experimental results.
